Power Pages Web Design asks many questions before starting any project. By supplying us with as much information as possible, we can better understand and plan your project. There will always be changes and additions as the project develops. We don't expect you to know exactly what you want. We will do our best to satisfy your needs.
Any changes made to the original Web site agreement must be made in writing. Email correspondence will be printed and filed with your agreement. We will make changes and upload them as quickly as possible. Once the original agreement is satisfied, the bill must be paid in full. Then, any additional corrections or maintenance involves additional charges. A maintenance agreement can be agreed upon where scheduled updates, changes, or refreshes will be performed.
Site maintenance can include the addition, deletion or change of code, images or text contents, or other related services agreed upon by both parties. When adding web pages, we will need to add links to those pages. This may involve changes to your site map and/or any number of pages that should link to the new page. Adding images often requires resizing or editing of original images, thumbnails (smaller image that links to larger image) and links. If there are questions, refer to your agreement before contacting us.
We recommend your site to be updated at least once a month or as necessary to keep your contents
up to date and keep your visitors coming back to the site.
Frequent updates also improve search engine ranking, because search engines consider fresh information
more valuable than a stale site that has not been updated in a year.
